Position Type: Regional Company Driver

Operating Area: Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA + surrounding states)

💰 PAY

Average Weekly Pay:

$1,800 – $2,000

Pay Breakdown:

$1.01 CPM
$0.09 per carton (unload pay)
~1,500 miles/week
~3 loads/week

🏠 HOME TIME

Home Weekly

(Out 2–3 days at a time with 34-hour reset)

🚚 POSITION DETAILS

Freight:

Retail freight (store deliveries)

Load/Unload:

100% Driver Unload
Hand unload using gravity rollers

Typical Work Flow:

Dispatch received Sunday for Monday delivery
Pick up preloaded trailer
Deliver to multiple store locations
Unload freight at each stop
Return to DC → reload → repeat

Stops:

~8–9 stops per week

Sleeper trucks
Dry van trailers
Driver-facing & front-facing cameras

📋 REQUIREMENTS

CDL-A required
Minimum 6 months experience
No SAP
Doubles endorsement preferred (not required)

💪 JOB REALITY (IMPORTANT)

VERY physical job (this is not easy money)
~7,000 cartons/week unloaded
Requires strong time management
Store deliveries = tight spaces, high awareness needed
